The new AD24 digital warranty management will go live for UK customers on 19 January 2026

Customers will now be able to submit both warranty and parts claims, as well as chargeable service requests, through online forms utilising a guided process to capture all relevant information during the first submission.

Any and all submitted claims and requests can be tracked in real time, with live status updates provided in real-time.

AD24 will also offer customers a full archive of any past claims, parts replaced and completed requests in order to facilitate customers’ record-keeping.

Those looking to access the system will be able to do so with their existing AD24 log-in credentials, with new users also able to request access to the full platform from 19 January.

Pete Collinson, AD24 Director at Alexander Dennis, said:

The launch of our new digital warranty management is another great step in the transformation of Alexander Dennis’s AD24 service under our digital-first approach.

This new system will deliver measurable benefits for bus operators by streamlining their warranty process. It will cut admin time, enable faster processing, improve visibility of ongoing work and ultimately reduce downtime across operators’ fleets.

We are delighted to roll out these benefits to UK customers from 19th January 2026, and to international customers in the coming months.
