The Arriva Group has announced the appointment of Gianfranco Sgro as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Sgro will begin in his new role on 1 October 2025, and will join Arriva following nearly 11 years with Kuehne+Nagel, where he currently serves as Executive Vice President for Contract Logistics.
Sgro’s previous positions include Chief Operating Officer for Latin America at Pirelli for three years and a varied leadership career at Ceva Logistics, where he ended his time there as Chief Operating Officer for South Europe, Middle East and Africa.
