UK public transport company, Arriva will participate in Global Mobility Call, due to take place next week in Madrid.

The company will showcase flagship projects and offer two workshop sessions for practical insights into passenger transport. It will also outline its plans for the future, including the decarbonisation of operations in collaboration with other key transport operators, associations and suppliers.

On Wednesday 20 November, Arriva will lead a thematic forum titled ‘Sustainable Integration for Urban and Interurban Territories’, which will explore seamless future mobility for urban and interurban spaces.

  • Tuesday 19 November
    • 11:00–11:30 AM: ‘Artificial Intelligence in Passenger Transport: Basics, Myths, and Practical Cases Demonstrating AI’s Impact on the Sector’
  • Wednesday 20 November
    • 12:00–12:30 PM: ‘From Móstoles to Alcorcón: Zero-Noise, Zero-Emission, 100% Electric, 100% Connected Urban Transport’. Moderated by David del Olmo, President of AETRAM
    • 10:50–11:30 AM: ‘Sustainable Integration of Urban and Interurban Territories’. Moderated by Antonio Cendrero, CEO of Arriva Spain

Global Mobility Call is an international event dedicated to the future of mobility. Participants will examine the journey towards a more sustainable and connected transport ecosystem, including smart cities, autonomous vehicles and net zero.
