Golden Dragon has launched its very first digital pure electric bus at Busworld Europe – the GC-15 Coach.
Launched during the company’s press conference at Busworld; the new vehicle measures 15 metres in length, 2.5 metres in width and 3.8 metres in height.

The coach offers a rated passenger capacity of 62, and utilises a permanent magnet synchronous water-cooled motor with a peak power of 500 kW and peak torque of 4800 (N.m.), as well as Golden Dragon’s full electric drive system which offers a range of 600km.
Full release of the vehicle will see size options ranging from 8 metres to 12 metres in length, a number of alternative powertrain options and ability to operate in multiple types of terrain.
Golden Dragon’s first digital pure electric bus, the vehicle uses Matrix LED daytime running lights, flowing turn signals and a full-width tail light.

Luggage space within the vehicle’s storage compartment stands at 10m³, roughly enough space to hold 63 20-inch suitcases.
The coach is equipped with Golden Dragon’s ORO AI voice engine, as well as an all-round smart temperature control system alongside an ‘intelligent armrest’, which incorporates an integrated shift mechanism, door control unit, E-stop switch and central control system.
Alongside the new GC-15; Golden Dragon also highlighted the new-generation Pivot Citybus, as well as its new Gecko Light Van.
