The Isuzu Group has debuted two new vehicles at this year’s Busworld show in Brussels: the Grand Toro XL and the Citiport 12/Class 2.
Expanding on the success of its previous iteration; the Grand Toro XL measures in at 9.3 metres in length and 2.35 metres in width, increasing the existing medium-sized vehicle’s passenger capacity to 41 (from a previous 37).

The new vehicle features a CUMMINS ISB4.5 E6 E21 0B engine and offers a max torque performance of 151 kW.
Luggage space has increased to 4.8m³ (from 4.6³), GSR-compliant SafeDriver Assist, sliding type signal lamps and dual-beam headlamps, alongside a 7″ multi-touch multimedia system.

The Grand Toro XL has been designed with small to medium services in mind, with the model’s rescale aiming to provide an expanded selection of use cases.
Showcased alongside the Grand Toro XL; the Citiport 12/Class 2 has been designed for suburban, urban and intercity services, and seeks to provide accessibility improvements over the previous Class 1 model.
Other highlights at Isuzu’s stand include the Novo Volt and NovoCiti Volt buses.
