MCV has unveiled its all-new C127 FC LE hydrogen-powered bus at Busworld Europe.

Showcased alongside the new C127 EV and C107 EV buses at the event in Brussels, the new vehicle measures in at 12.1 metres in length.

The bus offers seating for up to 43 passengers with a total capacity of up to 79, and weighs roughly 14,000kg.

Power for the bus comes courtesy of a 100 kW Ballard Power Systems hydrogen fuel cell, as well as a central electric motor from the Voith group.

The motor offers a peak output of 410 kW, with the vehicle capable of storing roughly 40kg of hydrogen at 350 bar.

The vehicle also utilises a 100 kWh battery, allowing for hybrid operation.
