At Wavecom, we see the Connected Bus as a complete connectivity solution based on Onboard Hardware, completed via Centralized Management Software. This enables not only Wi-Fi connectivity for passengers, but also connectivity for intelligent onboard systems: We support Real-Time Fleet Information, Advanced Passenger Counting, Origin & Destination Matrixes, as well as Integration of 3rd-party Systems (Predictive Maintenance, Eco-Driving, Advertisement / Entertainment).
A Connected Bus by Wavecom includes both our own hardware (the WaveOnRoad Connectivity Router) and our management platform (Wavecom IoT Manager).
Our systems are easy to install and manage, particularly from a provisioning and commissioning point of view.
