Ebusco has further informed employees about its previously announced organisational restructuring.

Proposed changes include the optimisation of the organisation in line with its previously announced Turnaround Plan, the purpose of which is to improve Ebusco’s overall business performance, as well as changes to the Original Equipment Designer (OED) model.

The restructuring will see Ebusco reduce its workforce by 16.5%

Restructuring is expected to be carried out within the first quarter of 2025, and will see the company reduce its workforce by roughly 16.5% (102 jobs).

Ebusco has committed to providing a social plan for all affected employees, and will be focusing on those with positions in the warehouse, production and facility departments, with requests having been submitted at the Netherlands Employees Insurance Agency (UWV).
