US bus manufacturer, ENC (formerly ElDorado National California Inc.), has announced operational changes to its aftermarket business, including increased parts inventory, reduced lead times and more direct customer support.
The company has expanded stock levels for high-demand parts at its Riverside, California facility, with most service components now able to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.
Fulfilment operations have also been centralised, and ENC has moved away from an exclusive dealer-based network, allowing direct contact between customers and the company’s parts team.

Daniel Trujillo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ENC, said:We understand parts availability is critical for operators, and we have invested significantly in improving the reliability of our parts business – both in growing in-stock inventory and reducing lead times. The investments we’ve made are about more than operations. They’re about restoring confidence and proving that ENC is here to support our customers for the long haul.
Key operational changes include:
- Increased stocking levels
- Improved lead times for critical and frequently used parts
- 24-hour shipping for most in-stock orders
- Centralised distribution from Riverside, California
- Direct customer support without dealer intermediaries
Hernan Henriquez, Director of Aftermarket at ENC, said:ENC is in a different position today than it was several years ago, and we’re earning that position by doing the work. Better availability, faster shipping, and direct access to our team – that’s how we restore credibility and deliver lasting operational value.
We’ve worked closely with transit agencies to understand where friction points exist in the parts experience, and we’ve improved our parts business based on these learnings. We’re committed to building a parts business that transit agencies can truly count on, and will continue to evaluate new digital tools, inventory analytics, and service programs to further strengthen ENC’s aftermarket offerings.
Earlier this year, ENC announced it would resume transit bus production under new ownership. Previously owned by REV Group, the company is now operating under Rivaz Inc., a firm focused on green energy transportation.
