Bus & Coach Expo is a brand new event for the UK road passenger transport industry, making its inaugural debut at the NEC Birmingham in April 2026. Organised by Nineteen Group and co-located with the Commercial Vehicle Show, the three-day expo brings together bus and coach operators, manufacturers, technology suppliers, local authorities, transport planners and public sector leaders under one roof. Attendance is free.

The event covers the full spectrum of the road passenger transport sector, from public transport and education to tourism and charter. The exhibition floor features the latest buses, coaches and minibuses including zero-emission models, alongside live vehicle demonstrations and world-first product launches. A conference programme of seminar sessions covers decarbonisation, digital innovation, driver safety, workforce development, policy, fleet management and customer experience.

The co-location with the Commercial Vehicle Show means visitors can access both events with a single badge, with 4,000+ visitors, 100+ exhibitors and 50+ speakers expected across the combined event.
