The RDA Group Travel Expo is the leading international trade fair and order exhibition for coach and group tourism. Organised by RDA Expo GmbH and held annually at Koelnmesse, the event has been the essential meeting point for the European coach travel market since its inception in 1975. The 2026 edition marks its first year in the new Hall 1 at Koelnmesse, with the show fully booked ahead of the event.

The two-day B2B event is exclusively open to trade professionals and brings together coach operators, tour operators, destination representatives, hotels, attractions, railways and travel service providers. Based on 2025 figures, the expo attracts around 340 exhibitors from 27 nations across 13,470 m² of exhibition space, with 1,700+ trade visitors, 82% of whom hold decision-making authority and 86% of whom arrive with readiness to place orders.

Alongside the exhibition, the RDA TrendForum provides a programme of presentations covering industry topics, market data and emerging trends in coach and group tourism. The RDA Expo Night, held on the first evening at the Rheinterrassen in Cologne, is a key networking event for exhibitors and visitors.
