Everfuel A/S has announced the opening of a brand new hydrogen refuelling station at the In-der-City-Bus (ICB) bus depot in Germany.
The depot station, which is owned by ICB, is set to service up to 23 zero-emission fuel cell buses daily, with Everfuel supplying the necessary hydrogen to ICB on a minimum three-year contract.
The opening of the new station brings Everfuel’s current hydrogen supply service to two dedicated bus depots, with a station in Wuppertal set to be added to its portfolio in the near future.
“We are pleased to celebrate the inauguration of ICB’s refuelling station. The opening is an important step in Everfuel’s ambition to make hydrogen available for heavy-duty mobility fleets starting in Germany.
“ICB is at the forefront, pioneering the transition. I would like to extend my gratitude to ICB, which has been a treasured partner in development of the refuelling station, and I look forward to the continued cooperation.”
