FlixBus has announced growth of its long-term partnership with Berrys Coaches, which will see additional services begin on routes between Taunton, Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle.

The two companies first began working together in April 2022, with Somerset-based Berrys since serving as a cornerstone partner for FlixBus’s UK expansion.

First established in 1920 and headquartered in Taunton, Berrys is set to add four brand-new Yutong GT12s to its FlixBus operation, with two replacing vehicles currently on the network.

Andreas Schorling, Vice President of West Europe for FlixBus, said:

Berrys Coaches has been a dedicated partner and top-quality operator for FlixBus since 2022.

When we launched, Berrys was one of the first operators to come on board, and this latest growth highlights how dedicated we are to building relationships that last.

Berrys, which became entirely employee-owned in November 2025, has been transporting local schools and groups for over 100 years, as well as providing express services to London.

James Berry, Managing Director at Berrys Coaches, said:

Our partnership with FlixBus is a proud part of our long history in the coach industry, and was a key strategic move for us to join the brand in its early stages in the UK.

Our relationship has gone from strength to strength, and we are excited to be expanding our fleet and routes as FlixBus continues on its journey to market leadership.
