US bus manufacturer, GILLIG has signed a long-term agreement with Hexagon Purus for the supply of hydrogen fuel storage systems.
This multi-year supply agreement will provide storage systems for GILLIG’s new hydrogen fuel cell transit buses.
The hydrogen fuel storage systems will be delivered to GILLIG from Hexagon Purus’ facility in Westminster, US.

This agreement follows earlier contracts with BAE Systems, which will provide the electric drive technology for the new hydrogen-powered buses, and Ballard Power, which will provide the fuel cells.
