At Busworld 2025, Karsan will launch two new vehicles: the Autonomous e-JEST and the e-ATA Hydrogen.
The exhibition, taking place from 4 to 9 October, will also feature the company’s existing Autonomous e-ATAK, which will be available for demonstration.
The Turkish manufacturer’s press conference will be held on 3 October at Brussels Expo, ahead of the fair’s official opening.
Autonomous e-JEST
The Autonomous e-JEST will be introduced as Karsan’s second driverless model, following the e-ATAK. Based on the electric e-JEST minibus, which has been in service in Europe for several years, the new version is equipped with Level 4 autonomous driving technology.

The vehicle has been designed with urban environments in mind, particularly narrow streets and historic districts. According to Karsan, its compact dimensions and high manoeuvrability make it suitable for city-centre applications where conventional buses may face restrictions.
e-ATA Hydrogen
Alongside the new autonomous model, Karsan will also reveal the e-ATA Hydrogen. Developed in collaboration with Toyota, the vehicle combines battery-electric architecture with hydrogen fuel-cell technology to extend driving range. It forms part of Karsan’s wider approach to sustainable transport, aimed at offering alternatives for longer-distance and higher-capacity routes where zero-emission solutions are increasingly required.

Autonomous e-ATAK
First introduced in 2021, the Autonomous e-ATAK has been deployed in various locations across Europe and the United States. The model has accumulated more than 100,000 kilometres in real-world operation, carrying over 35,000 passengers in settings such as university campuses, city routes, and test deployments in challenging environments.
Visitors to Busworld 2025 will be able to see the vehicle at Karsan’s stand and take part in ride demonstrations at the outdoor area of the fair.
