Knorr-Bremse has announced it will present its new all-electric EPS steering system for buses in a world premiere at Busworld 2025.

Bernd Spies, Member of the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG and Responsible for the Commercial Vehicle Systems Division, said:

At Busworld, we will be presenting our latest innovative solutions for high-performance, safe, and environmentally friendly buses. This year's focus will be on our groundbreaking all-electric steering system, with which we are playing a key role in shaping the mobility of the future.

The EPS offers our bus customers valuable functions that reduce operating costs and overall CO2 emissions during operation, thus directly contributing to meeting EU CO2 targets.

Alongside its EPS system; Knorr-Bremse will also showcase its modular SYNACT disc brake line, which is available as both axial or radial brakes, as well as its driver assistance systems Fusion Front and Proximity ADAS, which combine front-facing cameras and radar in order to provide information on traffic situations and nearby objects.
