National Express has partnered with BlaBlaCar Bus to offer coach services to Paris from London Victoria Coach Station.
This partnership enables National Express customers to book the budget-friendly travel option to Europe in time for the Olympics.
The journey to Paris can be made from hundreds of UK destinations on the National Express network via London Victoria Coach Station.
In Paris, customers are then connected with the BlaBlaCar Bus European network.
John Boughton, Commercial Director at National Express, said:We’re pleased to be partnering with BlaBlaCar Bus to reinstate our presence in Europe following the pandemic, connecting our UK-wide network with Paris and other key destinations on the BlaBlaCar network, including Brussels and Amsterdam.
We want to help people make those all-important, money-saving, greener choices when it comes to travelling. This partnership not only offers a convenient and seamless booking experience for our customers, they can also look forward to a comfortable, affordable and more reliable journey compared to the cost of flying or enduring long queues at the airport.
National Express is offering three services a day to Europe, with tickets starting from 34 GBP.
The coaches used on this route feature leather reclining seats, plenty of legroom, and USB power sockets. All passengers have a luggage allowance of up to 20kg.
Aurélien Gandois, Vice President of BlaBlaCar Bus said:Our mission at BlaBlaCar has always been to make travel more accessible, convenient, and environmentally friendly. Partnering with National Express allows us to offer more options for travellers to reach Paris sustainably and comfortably. We are excited to bring together our networks to provide an enhanced travel experience for passengers.
