National Express has formed a partnership with Wiremind that will see the coach company utilise the CAYZN revenue management suite to both modernise its pricing structure and strengthen its commercial performance across the UK.
The use of Wiremind’s CAYZN platform and associated Tracking technology will allow National Express to dynamically optimise fares in real-time in accordance with demand, obtain more accurate forecasts using AI-driven modelling and strengthen its competitive agility with market pricing insights.

John Boughton, Commercial Director National Express UK & Managing Director National Express Ireland from National Express, said:We were impressed by the product’s depth and by Wiremind’s understanding of our commercial challenges.
Thus far; Wiremind has provided its platform for a number of European operators, including BlaBlaCar, Itabus, Eurostar, LNER and Great Western Railway, and has been responsible for a median uplift of roughly 2o% in revenue and 21% in traffic.
The platform has already begun implementation at National Express.
Philippe Renon, CRO of Wiremind, said:National Express is one of the most recognised networks in the country. Working together, we will unlock new value through clarity, control and precision in pricing.
