Siemens AG has announced the completion of its acquisition of Heliox, a technology company specialising in DC fast charging solutions.
The acquisition will see Siemens expand its own eBus and eTruck charging portfolio with a range of Heliox solutions, including charger monitoring technology and energy management services.
