About Us
Tiflex Limited was formed in 1990 from an amalgamation of two well established companies. TICO and The Flexible Cork Company. The Treadmaster division of Tiflex has built up a vast technical experience over 60 years, providing technical products and services for the transport and commercial flooring industry.

Treadmaster TM3
TM3 is a synthetic rubber bonded cork material, it has a high degree of resistance to oil and grease and is suitable for most indoor and outdoor uses. It exhibits high co- efficient of friction properties and gives many years of service when used in high usage areas such as buses and buildings.

Treadmaster TM4
TM4 is a natural rubber bonded cork material, specifically designed for the transport industry. It exhibits high co- efficient of friction properties and has given many years of service when used in high usage areas such as buses and buildings.

Nosing and Profile Inserts
Treadmaster flooring can offer a range of vehicle treadplates & nosing profiles in aluminium, pvc and rubber cork. We can also offer a range of slip resistant, fire retardant hi-visibility inserts including a luminous version.

Surface preparation
Treadmaster SPF Cleaner – a solvent based solution for removing dirt, grease and bloom from subfloors and floor coverings as a cleaning preparation prior to laying.
Adhesives
- Contact S – our standard solvent based Neoprene contact adhesive for Treadmaster and general bonding, available in 1 and 5 litres.
- No 10 – non flammable solvent based contact adhesive, available in 5 litres. For Treadmaster and general bonding where a non flammable contact adhesive is required.
- Treadmaster No 15 – a two part epoxy resin with high fire retardant properties for bonding Treadmaster Transport flooring. Average 8 hour walk on time, available in 1 and 5 kg packs.
- Treadmaster no 7 – a faster curing two part epoxy resin with high fire retardant properties for bonding our Transport flooring. Average 4 hour walk on time, available in 1 and 5 kg packs.
- Treadmaster Rapid – an easy mixing, faster curing two part epoxy resin with high fire retardant properties for Treadmaster Transport flooring. Available in 1 and 5 kg packs.
Treadmaster Joint Sealer
An easily applied product for sealing around the edges and between the joins of sheets and tiles of Treadmaster Transport flooring. Available in 290ml cartridges in a wide range of colours to compliment our floorcoverings.
Cleaners & Floor Sealers
- Treadmaster Transport Cleaner – a highly effective water based cleaner for routine cleaning of Treadmaster Transport flooring.
- Treadmaster Stripper – a water based product for removing sealer from Treadmaster Transport flooring. It also tackles tough stains and will restore even heavily grimed Treadmaster to near its original colour.
- Treadmaster 200 – a 2 part water based sealer that imparts remarkable wet slip resistance to Treadmaster Transport flooring.
