Totalkare is pleased to announce its return to the CV Show in Birmingham in April 2025.
The workshop equipment specialist will renew its significant presence at the show with plans to include vehicle lifts, brake testers, wheel alignment and tyre changer equipment.
There will be over 20 items of heavy duty and light commercial workshop equipment from Totalkare’s extensive portfolio to see and discuss at the show, which takes place at Birmingham’s NEC between 29 April – 1 May 2025.
Situated in Hall 5 at stand 5D20, Totalkare will be displaying its market-leading mobile column lifts, as well as a two-post lift, vehicle inspection pit, mobile brake tester, tyre changers, wheel alignment and more.
Mobile Column Lifts
This year, Totalkare’s exhibition stand will prominently feature staple products: a set of four T8DC and T8AC mobile column lifts, each with a 7,500kg capacity per column. These heavy-duty lifts offer the ideal space-saving solution with both cabled and cable-free options, all of which will be on display. Additionally, the G8AC washbay mobile column lifts will also be showcased, highlighting the full range of Totalkare’s versatile mobile lifting solutions.
Two Post Lift
In addition to the mobile column lifts, Totalkare will also be exhibiting its hydraulic two post lift which is the perfect fixed lift solution for light commercial vehicles. With a range of lifting capacities, from 4,500kg – 8,000kg the two post lift is an ideal solution when a fixed post lift is needed, and the flexibility of a mobile vehicle lift is not required. The telescopic arms allow the two post lift to be easily adjusted to fit a variety of vehicles and even with the lifting arms at their full extent.
Brake Testing Equipment
Totalkare’s DVSA-approved mobile and in-ground brake tester models will both be on display. Capable of testing up to 20,000kg per axle, both models are supplied with computer cabinet, printer and a handheld tablet enabling tests to be conducted from the comfort of the driver seat. Totalkare can manage all civil works related to the in-ground unit installation if required, and both can be supplied with load simulating capabilities if needed.
Vehicle Inspection Pit
Bespoke fabricated to suit workshop requirements, Totalkare’s vehicle inspection pits are manufactured from lengths of 6 metres upwards. Totalkare can cover everything from the preparation for the installation of stand-alone brake testers to the installation of multi-pit facilities and underground workshops.
Wheel Alignment
Totalkare’s heavy duty wheel alignment system features precise sensors and software in order to enable accurate measurement and adjustment of wheel alignment parameters, significantly enhancing vehicle safety, tyre longevity, and fuel efficiency.
Tyre Changers
Popular additions to the company’s portfolio, Totalkare’s range of tyre changers facilitate the swift and hassle-free removal and replacement of tyres and wheel servicing. Often purchased alongside a wheel balancer and wheel alignment, they make light work of repetitive tasks in the workshop, automating much of the process to reduce physical strain on operatives. Totalkare will be demonstrating its heavy duty NAV101 and light commercial models.
