Carousel Buses has announced that it will be providing Christmas Day bus services in Buckinghamshire for the first time this year.
A set of special timetables will be in operation over the holiday between Christmas Eve and 03 January – including, for the first time, services on Christmas Day.

Christmas Day will see a limited number services running on routes 1A, 9, 32A, 33, 37B, 102, 103 and 850, all of which have been funded by partners at both Buckinghamshire Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
The Airline will operate a limited service in keeping with previous years.
Carousel will also operate a special service on oute 111 between Heathrow Central and Godfrey Way, Hounslow, in partnership with Heathrow Airport.
Luke Marion, Managing Director of Carousel Buses, said:We’re pleased to be providing Christmas Day services for the first time this year, something that historically has not been the case in South Bucks.
While many of us take a break over the Christmas period, we know there are many in our local communities who still need us to get about on Christmas Day, so we’ll be running special timetables to try to ensure we match supply to demand on our key services.
Buses and coaches services provide vital connectivity for people to travel during the festive period for work and leisure purposes, and we’ve created timetables to ensure people can do so.
With several changes to normal timetables, we advise our passengers to plan their journeys in advance by checking the website or travel app, where all the latest information can be found.
