UK: First Bus Acquires J&B Travel Limited

First Bus parent company, FirstGroup, has announced the acquisition of Leeds-based coach operator J&B Travel Limited.

Currently employing around 25 colleagues and operating a fleet of around 15 modern coaches; J&B Travel offers private school transport, contract work, private hire and services for FlixBus.

J&B Travel will continue its usual operations under First Bus’ control

All employees, including general manager Paul Lynn, will retain their jobs under First Bus ownership, and all existing contracts and services will continue unchanged.
