The buses are equipped with an advanced air conditioning system, USB-C charging ports and new passenger information displays with next-stop notifications. A hearing loop function will also ensure that travel information can be accessed by visually impaired passengers.

In addition, passengers will benefit from extra legroom, larger buggy space and an updated wheelchair area.

The new vehicles have been delivered to Nottingham City Transport by Pelican. This is part of an order for 48 Yutong E12 and E10 electric buses. An additional twelve units are due to be delivered in April 2024, while the remaining twenty-four are scheduled to arrive in March 2025.
