As we celebrate two centuries of creating transport textiles, we’re taking a look back at our rich heritage and the journey that has brought us to where we are today.

In the second part of our story, we speak with Paul Marchant, Head of Product Design at Transport for London, and Ciara Crossan, Transport Creative Manager at Camira, to learn about the famous moquette fabrics which are synonymous with England’s capital city. Icons in their own right, these TfL textiles, made by Camira, are known and loved across the globe.
