We’re a market-leading provider of commercial garage equipment, offering both the supply and after service of the products that we provide. Our customers would generally identify a piece of equipment that we can provide, we’d offer site visits, expert advice, taking them all the way through to the sales process where they order the piece of equipment through a multitude of different channels. After that, we can offer a market-leading service in terms of repair, maintenance, breakdown and training as well.
From the moment we take a call and speak to a customer to the second we deliver their lifts or we go to a call out to site it’s being friendly, reliable and expert. Ultimately everyone dealing with mechanical equipment knows that from time to time you can need assistance and being able to respond quickly, efficiently and offer mechanisms like telephone assistance to get a customer up and running quickly and efficiently.
We want things to be effortless for our customer, we want every interaction with us and them to be as simple as straightforward as possible. Teamwork is really essential to ensure that we deliver the top quality service to our customers, it’s only through strong teamwork within the business that we can make sure that customers are taken care of fully and serviced properly.
