For Workshop Equipment, It’s Totalkare!

Totalkare is an organisation focused on providing equipment and services for commercial vehicle workshops,  we’re looking to provide the solution to anybody wanting to lift, test, maintain, service and keep things running as efficiently as possible.

We’re a market-leading provider of commercial garage equipment, offering both the supply and after service of the products that we provide. Our customers would generally identify a piece of equipment that we can provide, we’d offer site visits, expert advice, taking them all the way through to the sales process where they order the piece of equipment through a multitude of different channels. After that, we can offer a market-leading service in terms of repair, maintenance, breakdown and training as well.

From the moment we take a call and speak to a customer to the second we deliver their lifts or we go to a call out to site it’s being friendly, reliable and expert. Ultimately everyone dealing with mechanical equipment knows that from time to time you can need assistance and being able to respond quickly, efficiently and offer mechanisms like telephone assistance to get a customer up and running quickly and efficiently.

We want things to be effortless for our customer, we want every interaction with us and them to be as simple as straightforward as possible. Teamwork is really essential to ensure that we deliver the top quality service to our customers, it’s only through strong teamwork within the business that we can make sure that customers are taken care of fully and serviced properly.

Everyone’s job as an individual is important but nothing would turn the cogs if we didn’t all work as a team. Every team is so important for what they do and it’s so nice to know that we’ve got that great kind of teamwork and energy. You never feel like you’re alone or if you need help from another team member it’s always going to be there for you.

Totalkare is a fantastic place to work because we look after each other, it’s a cross between a family business and a corporate business. Taking the best bits from both gives us a very strong brand, we believe in customer service. We have a good moral compass, we are honest and straight with the people we deal with.

It’s the service ethos we’ve got within the business that we always provide the top quality levels of service to our
customers. It’s an enjoyable place to come, we look after each other and we’re a good company to work for. It’s all about being there, not today, not tomorrow, not next year, but in decades time and it’s that trust that the customer housing, the brand and in the business that means we’re there forever.
