The Process to Book a Ride
- Select directly a stop on the map to leave or to get there
- Fill in a destination address
- Fill in a departure address
- Select one or more dates
- Choose your departure or arrival time
- Add passengers in standard seats or a wheelchair space
- Select your favourite ride
- Get to the pick up point
- Once onboard, view your remaining ride duration and arrival time
- Once your ride is over, rate it and leave a comment to the operator
Manage Ride Bookings
- Modify an upcoming ride booking
- View your past rides
- View your cancelled ride bookings
- Give a reason for cancelling a booking

- Manage your personal details
