The Process to Book a Ride

  1. Select directly a stop on the map to leave or to get there
  2. Fill in a destination address
  3. Fill in a departure address
  4. Select one or more dates
  5. Choose your departure or arrival time
  6. Add passengers in standard seats or a wheelchair space
  7. Select your favourite ride
  8. Get to the pick up point
  9. Once onboard, view your remaining ride duration and arrival time
  10. Once your ride is over, rate it and leave a comment to the operator

Manage Ride Bookings

  • Modify an upcoming ride booking
  • View your past rides
  • View your cancelled ride bookings
  • Give a reason for cancelling a booking

Access Account Settings

  • Manage your personal details
  • Edit your favourite addresses
  • Manage your notifications
