Volvo Buses and Marcopolo have entered a strategic partnership to expand its presence within the European coach market.
The partnership will see a new premium coach to both France and Italy – a Volvo B13R chassis paired with a Marcopolo Paradiso G8 1200 body.
The complete vehicle will be available through Volvo’s dealer networks across the two countries, and the company will also be responsible for both sales and after-sales service.
Vehicle variations will include both 4×2 and 6×2 configurations, which can be adapted to suit customer requirements.

Built in Marcopolo’s Brazilian factories; the Paradiso G8 1200 coach utilises Volvo Buses’ B13R chassis and is now undergoing homologation before entering operation within Europe.
The first deliveries of the vehicle are expected by the end of 2026.
