Yutong has announced it will showcase a number of products at this year’s Busworld Europe, including its new intercity IC12E battery electric bus and premium U12 city bus.
With a maximum range of 610km under SORT2 conditions; Yutong’s IC12E bus is set to participate in the Coach category of this year’s Busworld Vehicle Awards.
At 12.66 metres long, the bus features a high-floor design and capacity for 47 seats. It is fully equipped with a number of advanced digital features, including GSR2-compliant ADAS and over-the-air update capability.

Yutong recently sent its IC12E on a three-day, 1,272km comprehensive road test across Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
The company recently delivered a number of IC12E units to Italian operator V.I.T.A. for service in the Alpine terrain of the Valle d’Aosta region.
