Dutch electric bus manufacturer Ebusco has delayed payment of October salaries as it continues negotiations with core shareholders to secure short-term funding.

In a market update published on 3 November 2026, Ebusco Holding N.V. confirmed that discussions with a group of existing shareholders were ongoing but taking longer than anticipated.

Ebusco will continue to update the market on any relevant development

The company first disclosed on 9 October that it needed additional short-term funding to support its operating activities and was seeking financial backing from shareholders. Although Ebusco said the discussions were progressing well, the delay in securing funding has affected its ability to meet its October payroll obligations.

The company said it deeply regretted the salary delays and that its immediate priority was safeguarding business continuity for employees, customers, shareholders and other stakeholders.

Ebusco said it would provide further updates to the market as relevant developments arise.
