Euro Bus Expo returns to the NEC Birmingham from 3 to 5 November 2026, bringing more than 200 exhibitors to the UK’s largest bus and coach exhibition. Organised by Diversified Communications UK, the three-day show is free to attend and gives operators the chance to compare vehicles, technology and services in a single visit.

The 2024 edition welcomed more than 7,000 attendees from 40 countries. This year, 49 companies are exhibiting for the first time, giving visitors a wider field of suppliers to explore.

Who Is Exhibiting

Twenty-nine vehicle exhibitors will display around 75 buses, coaches, midibuses and minibuses, allowing operators to compare models and specifications side by side. Confirmed manufacturers and dealers include Alexander Dennis, BYD, Daimler Bus, Irizar, Mellor, Pelican Bus and Coach / Yutong, Scania, Temsa, VDL / Van Hool, Volvo, Wrightbus and Woodall Nicholson.

First-time vehicle exhibitors include Zhongtong Bus Holdings, Custom Denning, Minicoach World and Tekaydinlar Minibus Design. Hankook Tyre UK, Castrol and National Highways are also making their debut, alongside a range of technology suppliers covering charging, payments, planning, data, connectivity and AI.

Beyond vehicles, the show floor covers telematics and passenger information, safety, training, parts, software and fleet support.

Conference Programme

Masterclass Theatre

The Masterclass Theatre returns with a programme shaped by an industry-wide call for speakers. Operators, manufacturers, authorities, associations and specialists will deliver presentations, case studies and panel discussions on policy and regulation, franchising and Enhanced Partnerships, AI and data-led operations, zero-emission fleets, compliance and fleet safety, accessibility and workforce challenges.

Roundtable Sessions

New for 2026, focused roundtable sessions will run alongside the Masterclass Theatre. Built around questions and shared experience, the interactive format brings operators and invited contributors together to work through practical challenges in greater depth.

Helen Conway, Event Director, said: “That mix of established industry names and companies exhibiting with us for the first time keeps the show floor evolving and gives operators more businesses, products and ideas to discover.”

Who Attends

The show is aimed primarily at bus and coach operators, with transport authorities, industry associations, manufacturers and suppliers also attending to explore new products and discuss the issues facing the sector.
