The ALBUM Conference 2026 is the annual gathering of the Association of Local Bus Company Managers, bringing together municipal and independent bus operators, senior managers, and industry suppliers from across the UK for two days of debate, networking, and knowledge-sharing.

This year’s conference is hosted by Blackpool Transport at The Village Hotel and will focus on the evolving challenges and opportunities in the bus industry, with discussions centred on what the medium-term future for buses may look like — including the impact of recent legislative changes.

The programme opens on the evening of Monday 11 May with a Blackpool Extravaganza welcome event, followed by two full days of conference sessions and supplier engagement on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 May. The Gala Dinner will take place on the Tuesday evening, and golfers can also take part in the ALBUM Golf Day on Monday 11 May at Heron’s Reach Golf Course.

Exhibiting and Sponsorship

Suppliers can exhibit at the ALBUM Conference, with 40 stands available across the two days. A range of sponsorship packages are also available. Prices for exhibition stands start from £1,000 for ALBUM members and £1,150 for non-members.
