Australasia Bus and Coach Expo 2026
The Australasia Bus & Coach Expo returns to Sydney on 15 and 16 July 2026, bringing together operators, manufacturers and suppliers from across the bus and coach sector for the region’s leading industry trade event.
Organiser and Format
The expo is organised and managed by BusNSW, the peak industry body for bus and coach operators in New South Wales, and is supported by the Bus Australia Network — which includes the Bus Industry Confederation and state associations from across Australia. The event runs across two days, with doors open from 9.00am to 4.30pm each day.
Venue
The expo is held at The Dome and Halls, Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park — a purpose-built venue well suited to the large-scale vehicle and equipment displays the event is known for.

It is the primary gathering point for the region’s public and private passenger transport sector, providing a forum for networking and commercial engagement across the supply chain.
