TMB has been incorporating electric buses over recent years in line with its strategy to reduce emissions and improve air quality. The Irizar ie model is designed for urban use, offering an alternative to conventional diesel and hybrid buses.

Alongside its investment in electric buses, TMB Barcelona also deploys hydrogen models, as well as hybrid natural gas vehicles.
