Totalkare is the UK’s leading provider of lifting and testing solutions for heavy duty and light commercial workshops and bus/coach depots. Our customers range from small family businesses through to multi-national transport operators and logistics companies.
Totalkare’s products can be broadly split into two categories: Lifting and Testing.
Lifting Products
Our lifting products are focused mainly on the heavy duty market and include mobile column lifts, wash bay column lifts, fixed four and two post lifts and Y-MECH lifts.
Mobile Column Lifts
Totalkare offers the UK’s market-leading mobile column lifts. Available as cable-free (T8DC) or cabled (T8AC) options, our column lifts have a 7,500kg SWL per column, adjustable forks and can be configured in sets of four, six or eight – a truly versatile lifting solution.
Complementing these is the G8AC – the UK’s only genuinely fit for purpose mobile column lift for wash bay applications. Fully galvanised with sealed bearings, it has been specifically designed to provide long term protection from water ingress.
Y-MECH Lift
The strongest vehicle lift in our portfolio, the Y-MECH lift is available in weight capacities (25,000 – 35,000kg), with platform lengths ranging from 6 – 13m. It can be surface or recess mounted dependent on requirements.
Four Post Lifts
Broadly split into two categories – Heavy Duty and Light Commercial – Totalkare’s four post lifts are perfect for workshops requiring a permanent vehicle lifting installation.
Our heavy duty model is available in a range of platform lengths (7 – 18m) and weight capacities (8,000 – 33,000kg) to suit requirements, and can also be supplied as a galvanised version for permanent wash bay applications.
Designed for the van and minibus market, our light commercial four post lift is also available in a range of platform lengths (4.7 – 6m) and weight capacities (4,000 – 6,500kg) to suit.
Two Post Lift
Totalkare’s two post lift does a similar job to the light commercial four post, but lifts via the chassis of the vehicle to provide wheel-free access. Depending on requirements, it can be supplied in a range of weight capacities (3,500 – 6,500kg).
Testing Products
Brake Testers
Totalkare offers both mobile and in-ground brake testers to suit almost any workshop requirement.
All models are DVSA approved and connected equipment ready, and come supplied with computer, monitor, printer, cabinet and handheld tablet which commutes wirelessly with the computer to enable easy testing from the comfort of the driver’s seat.
The mobile brake tester is simple yet strong and flexible and the standard model can test up to 16,000kg axle load.
The in-ground brake tester can be installed as a standalone application, across a pit or as part of an ATF lane, and is built to meet the toughest of vehicle inspection centre or workshop requirements. Totalkare can manage any necessary civil works on your behalf.
Vehicle Inspection Pits
Totalkare vehicle inspection pits make access to the underside of your vehicle easy, allowing you to work in a safe, well-lit environment with all your tools to hand.
Headlamp Testers
According to the DVSA, headlamp failure is one of the most common faults at annual vehicle test. Totalkare headlamp testers are perfect for checking both the orientation and intensity of a vehicle headlamp, ensuring it meets DVSA requirements.
Smoke Meters & Emissions Analysers
Increasingly stringent emissions regulations for combustion engines are the main reason for the drive towards high-performance emission measurement tools. Totalkare’s smoke meter and emissions analyser are both accredited to Euro 6 standards and meet DVSA requirements.
