Flix SE has announced plans to launch its coach services in Mexico in the first half of 2025.

The Mexican bus market is considered the third largest in the world and is valued at approximately 6-8 billion EUR. This expansion therefore marks a significant opportunity for Flix.

The travel company’s expansion into Mexico is part of its ongoing strategy to expand into new regions following growth in Europe, North America, and India.

André Schwämmlein, CEO and Co-founder of Flix said:

This move marks Flix’s entry into its third Latin American market, following Brazil and Chile.
