New PEAK.DMS Extension Enables Predictive Dispatching of Mixed Fleets
Berlin, July 21, 2026 – From September 22 to 25, 2026, Peak Mobility will present solutions for the digital management of complex public transport operations in Hall 2.1, Booth 515. The company’s trade fair presence will focus on digital depot management, protecting critical infrastructure environments against cyber risks, and flexible personnel scheduling. A key new feature being unveiled at InnoTrans 2026 is Predictive Dispatching, an extension to PEAK.DMS that enables full-day vehicle blocks for electric, hybrid and diesel fleets to be planned proactively based on vehicle range.

A particular focus will be on the depot as the central control hub for electrified and increasingly automated operating processes. At its booth, Peak Mobility will demonstrate how PEAK.DMS can digitally map and connect key depot processes – from parking, servicing, and maintenance through to preparing vehicles for service.
Predictive Dispatching enhances PEAK.DMS with range-aware dispatching for Full-day activity chains. The system checks whether a vehicle can cover the entire sequence of blocks, taking into account its state of charge, charging times, and depot dwell times.
For the first time, mixed fleets of electric and combustion vehicles can be planned for full-day operations using unified logic, ensuring that each sequence of blocks is assigned a suitable vehicle. The use of this system enhancement provides the following benefits for transit operators:
