ENC, a subsidiary of Rivaz Inc., has been accepted as an approved supplier to the NEORide consortium, giving the manufacturer direct procurement access to more than 40 public transit agencies across 12 US states.
The arrangement allows participating agencies within the consortium to procure ENC vehicles through pre-negotiated contracts under NEORide’s cooperative purchasing framework. The process is intended to reduce procurement steps for agencies and support faster vehicle acquisition.

NEORide, established in 2014 by a group of transit agencies, operates a collaborative purchasing model designed to support shared procurement and coordination across member organisations. Its network includes agencies in states such as Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Connecticut, Tennessee, West Virginia and Arkansas.
John Obert, Vice President of Transit Sales, ENC said:Being selected as an approved NEORide supplier validates ENC's operational strength and manufacturing readiness in today's transit marketplace,” said. “This partnership positions us to deliver American-made buses to member agencies while minimizing procurement complexity and accelerating project delivery. We're committed to supporting local transit agencies with reliable delivery timelines that address current market capacity constraints and empower system expansion.
