Masats will be taking part in two of the most important events in the public transport sector this November: Eurobus Expo 2026, the UK’s leading passenger transport trade fair, which takes place in Birmingham from 3 to 5 November, and Singapore Urban Mobility Week, which will be held in Singapore from 4 to 6 November. With this dual presence, the company is reinforcing its commitment to the British and Singaporean markets, two strategic regions where it aims to continue meeting the needs of bus operators and manufacturers.

Eurobus Expo 2026 (Birmingham)
The main products on display will be the 028d double sliding door, fitted with the integrated PIS-L system (a lighting system to indicate the door’s status) and the AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Door Access) system. AIDA uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to identify the behaviour of passengers waiting at the bus stop and to detect, before they reach the door, what type of access they require, automatically opening the door and/or ramp. This makes access to the vehicle easier and more independent. The system also helps to make boarding and alighting safer, reduces the time the bus spends stationary and improves the flow of passenger.
The Sliding door 028d is combined with the new RD1 dual ramp, which improves useful width by featuring flat sides. The ramp makes full use of the available width and leaves more free space for wheelchairs. Furthermore, it is a dual-function ramp that can be operated both electrically and manually, ensuring continuous operation and improving the vehicle’s availability.
Masats is also presenting the Inswinging door 029j Unidrive, a new model that stands out for operating both door leaves with a single motor. It is the most reliable swing door on the market; it also optimises space utilisation and offers better control and lower noise levels, resulting in greater comfort for drivers and passengers. This door is accompanied by the RM2 manual ramp.
Singapore Urban Mobility Week (Singapore)
In Singapore, Masats will also present the 028d sliding door with the PIS-L and AIDA systems, alongside the RD1 dual ramp, the same characteristics that will be shown in Birmingham.
Furthermore, it will showcase the new 028e single-sliding door with LEDs. A single wide door designed with an angled opening mechanism and a wide opening that allows it to be fitted to the front door of the vehicle. This door is combined with a single-module version of the RD1 ramp, featuring two ramps in one unit – one electric and one manual.
