3G Check at the Workplace: PSI Subsidiary Moveo Expands Personnel Dispatching System with GDPR-Compliant Checking Function

PSI subsidiary Moveo Software GmbH has expanded its personnel dispatching system Profahr to include a simple checking function of Covid certificates for driving personnel and employees in transport companies. The system automatically generates the legally required resubmission dates and displays them to the dispatcher on the due date.

For the verification, the Covid certificate is read in via a mobile application or at the logon terminal in Profahr and stored there in a GDPR-compliant manner. This function is available to customers free of charge as part of existing maintenance contracts.

Nationwide, the 3G regulation in the workplace has been in effect since Nov. 24, 2021, requiring companies to check and document the vaccinated, recovered or tested status of all employees on a daily basis.

The PSI Group develops its own software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities (energy grids, energy trading, public transport) and industry (metals production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). The industry-specific products, which are built from standard components, are sold both directly and via the multi-cloud PSI App Store and can also be customized by customers and partners themselves. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs nearly 2,200 people worldwide.
