Totalkare is delighted to announce it was recently graded as ‘Very Good’ to work for by Best Companies, formerly known as the Sunday Times Top 100 Businesses.
The achievement comes following an in-depth employee engagement b-Heard survey, through which employees are asked to score Totalkare on a 7-point scale across 70 questions. The results are then calculated from the responses to 49 scoring questions which are in line with Best Companies’ 8 Factors of Workplace Engagement. To be eligible for scoring, companies must achieve a minimum response rate of 60%.
Among the highlight responses (which can be viewed on Totalkare’s company profile), 96% of respondents agreed with the statement that I believe I can make a valuable contribution to the success of this organisation, while 85% agreed that I am inspired by the person leading this organisation. Additionally, 70% of staff agreed that Totalkare has a strong social conscience.
David Hall, CEO, said:Naturally it’s very pleasing for Totalkare to have achieved this rating so early in our Best Companies journey – it confirms what I’ve felt about the business from Day One, that we have an excellent culture and place a high importance on our peoples’ health and wellbeing.
We offer a wide range of benefits to staff, including an on-site gym for staff at our Kingswinford offices (and discounted gym memberships to those based further afield), cycle to work schemes, enhanced pension contributions and more.
To achieve such high engagement is very rewarding and we look forward to building on this fine result in future surveys.
