Easy entry into digital depot management with PSIeDMS start.

PSI Transcom GmbH will focus on presenting the basic depot management system PSIeDMS start at the 14th VDV Electric Bus Conference and Trade Fair ElekBu (booth 26) from 27 to 28 March 2023. With important basic functions, the system enables transport companies to get started with digital depot management in just a few weeks. It also lays the foundation for functional extensions and step-by-step automation.

With PSIeDMS start, transport companies can quickly digitalize and visualize their operational processes, such as vehicle parking, supply and dispatching. The modular design of the system allows successive expansion along future requirements up to a fully automated solution. Different drive types, regardless of the size of the vehicle fleet, as well as complex process changes due to e-vehicles are taken into account.

The standard interface VDV463 for load and charging management is included. Timetable data is transferred from upstream systems via the standard interface VDV452 and forms the basis for vehicle scheduling.

Based on the requirements of public transport and numerous customer installations, the system does not require an extensive specification phase. It can be installed in just a few steps and is ready for operation after eight to twelve weeks. The rollout to further depots, charging stations and vehicles is easily possible. Transport companies benefit from a short system implementation, improved process efficiency and higher vehicle availability.

As part of the conference program, PSI Transcom will give a presentation on the DMS basic system on Tuesday, 28 March 2023 at 2:00 pm in the E-Bus Forum 1.
